7. Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives.

(a) Initiative; Radio Advertising
Each quarter Long Island Radio Broadcasting, LLC broadcast an EEO Statement as a 30 sec commercial on all stations to get new recruitment sources as well as additional announcements to attract candidates for specific positions.

(b) Initiative: Job Fairs
Long Island Radio Broadcasting participates in the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce Job Fairs in the spring and fall of each year. The most recent Job Fair was January 12, 2006 with the Long Island Works Coalition, contact person Ms. Cheryl Davidson.

(c) Initiative: Training in Radio
Recruited interns through East Hampton High School, Suffolk Community College and The Rockefeller Internship through The New York State Broadcasters Association.
