LIRR has cancelled trains for the Montauk Line for Friday, August 26

• 1:49 PM from Hunterspoint due Montauk at 4:45 PM is canceled.
• 4:30 PM from Hunterspoint due Montauk 7:35 PM is canceled.
• 5:09 PM from Penn Station due Montauk at 8:29 PM will instead terminate at Speonk at 7:13 PM.
• 7:38 PM from Jamaica due Montauk at 10:10 PM is canceled.

While the 3:58 PM train from Penn Station to Montauk will operate this Friday, it will run on its Thursday schedule arriving Montauk 6:45 PM, and it will not have the Hampton Reserve cars.

The Village of Southampton has called for a Voluntary Evacuation of Meadow Lane effective 1pm on Friday possible Mandatory evacuation effective 9am Saturday, August 27.

All Beaches in Southampton Village will be closed as of 2pm Friday, August 26

Village of Greenport Marina, Campground, Parks and Beaches will be closed beginning at 12 noon on Saturday.

Village of East Hampton Beaches are closed, and residents are being advised to stay off the roads during the storm.  Low lying areas are under a voluntary evacuation.

The Tanger Outlets will close at 3pm today, Saturday August 27 and remain closed on Sunday, August 28.

The Shoe Inn Sale in Amagansett will be closing at 5:45 on Saturday.

Hampton Jitney will be suspending service after 7:30pm on Saturday evening going westbound, and will resume service Sunday evening at 5:30pm from Southampton, providing that public roads are open.
